The form to fill out is suppose to be at caucus location. I remember running out of paper ballots at a recent polling location. 2012 IIRC.
They had to that point supplied 10% higher than the highest number of voters. We had electronic machines for the later voters to use. What will they do. Hope they are prepared
I heard earlier that the cacusses were scrambling to get more supplies (ballots, etc.) in as they were expecting a much higher turnout, which, based on what they’ve been saying on TV is great for Trump - 120k is about average and would probably mean a Cruz win - higher than that, especially if it goes to 140-150k a Trump victory.
