DISPOSITION: The Commission found no reason to believe the Santorum Committee violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), in connection with a shared voter list in light of respondents' sworn statements that neither Vander Plaats nor his organizations ever provided any lists or "things of value" to the Santorum campaign. The Commission closed the file in connection with the allegation concerning the Red, White and Blue Fund and alleged coordinated communications.
