Ted Cruz needs you to trust him.
Trust is the cornerstone of this fiery conservative's campaign, which may live or die with his ability to convince voters in Iowa and across the nation that he's the most consistent and trustworthy among the pack of White House hopefuls.
Yet as he strives for victory in Iowa's Monday caucuses, a chorus of Republican critics led by Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is tearing at the fabric of Cruz's message.
His GOP opponents cite a history of political opportunism they say is more in line with a used car salesman than the "consistent conservative" he claims to be. In debates, TV ads and on the campaign trail, fellow Republicans are highlighting inconsistencies in Cruz's policies on immigration, foreign policy and even his dedication to Christian conservative values. They're also reminding voters that the self-described outsider is an Ivy League-educated lawyer who served in former President George W. Bush's administration.
"If you are going to campaign as the most principled, the most consistent conservative, then your record better support that," said Rubio's senior strategist Todd Harris. "As long as he holds himself out to be holier than thou on all things conservative, we're going to continue to point out that he's not."

I think your remark is totally unfounded, if your remark had ANY TRUTH to it you can damn sure believe these people that were screwed over would be screaming from the rooftops in droves!!! You know what I hear crickets!!! You say you PRAY Trump shows his REAL HEART, I say look at his kids he spent his entire lifetime raising those kids and with all that wealth at their fingertips they were raised with VERY conservative values, that is Trumps true heart!!!!

I agree with you. I am voting for Trump tomorrow night, but I’m holding my nose to do so. I ran down the list of candidates one last time today looking for the most conservative with a chance of winning, and I was really dismayed to find that there’s no candidate I can really get excited about. I have major misgivings about Trump, but figure I’ll roll the dice. If he’s genuine, it might work out okay. I think he’s the only one with a shot at winning who’s serious about sealing the border. Regardless, it will be nice to get this over tomorrow and enjoy my phone not ringing every half hour with survey companies and political pitches.
Trump has made positive remarks about single payer in Canada and elsewhere. Is socialism good in certain time zones and bad in others? He has also stated as recently as today that he will get everybody covered. How is he going to do that without expanding government?
Trump has a trump problem, he was born a congenital liar.

Cruz is the one doing nasty attacks that are outright lies especially to Rubio. He is scared to death of Rubio and really he is wasting his time and should be going after Trump but I think he has conceded to Trump.
Well it doesn’t help that Fox News is seeing people in droves leaving Cruz for other candidates. They had a ton that they interviewed and just don’t trust Cruz. Totally his fault 100 percent.

OMG everyone is and always has been covered. It is called Medicaid! Won’t involve any increase in government as it already exists. BTW I don’t support it in its current form with no effort to get people on my their feet.
