And - over in Europe where we have tens of thousands of employees, they do work with little hope for advancement and get taxed to high heaven, which is why they are obsessed with bringing the salaries and compensation to equal levels here to match what is going on over there.
I'm leaving for a US owned company where effort and results are still rewarded accordingly and pray that what is going on in Europe is never emulated here.
I’m praying for that, too. However, US based corporations are getting CEOs from overseas, so they’ll ruin US companies, too.
