You will know the answer to this, kabar....

Given the extreme unlikelihood of a Supreme Court to inject themselves into a political debate and campaign, and the probability they’d refuse to hear the case at this time, what happens if Grayson sues Cruz about Natural Born Citizenship ?

But, lower courts—especially one friendly to Grayson in Florida —would probably rule. Would the last court (perhaps Florida’s 11th circuit ) that ruled on the issue have the final say ?

SCOTUS has been avoiding the issue as has the lower courts. They always fall back on the issue of standing. I think the only way it will be heard is if one of the candidates including Cruz himself asks for a ruling. Otherwise, we will continue to have cases like Obama, Cruz, Jindal and Rubio.

Given the fact we have 300,000 anchor babies born here each year to illegal aliens in addition to hundreds of thousands of Americans being born overseas to Americans working and living overseas, the need to resolve this is urgent. The movement of people around the globe is far more prevalent now than ever before. For example, over 50 million people a year visit the US as tourists or on business every year. The children born to tourists are US citizens by birth.
