No one cares if people use private email when it's their own account and government business isn't involved.

In the old days a spy might 'drop' a package at a bus station... and an enemy spy would pick it up once it appeared safe... That's transferring classified information - you don't have to put the packet in a spy's hand when YOU know it's going to be 'picked up'. It's still espionage.

Hillary having classified information on an unsecured server is the same thing. She leaves it and enemy hackers come by and pick it up.

Hillary might not know how a computer works, and she probably can't repair the one she has, buteveryone (including Hillary) knows what 'hacking' means. AND she knew her computer was not secure. IMHO it was intentional. Her action was 'a drop'...by definition.

That is such a good explanation of why Hillary’s emails and private server were elements of crime.

Means, motive and opportunity...Hillary had them all.

Wish they would bring back the noose for treason.
