I read the article, something of a rarity on this forum, and the fundamentals don’t look good for Trump.
As with all background data, it all ends up adding up to the final result.
The best poll will be Monday, and it will be the final, final result. The larger the turnout, the more likely it will reflect the range that these polls have all shown.
I'm sure Cruz would trade Trump's numbers for his own right now.
Besides, no one has any clue what "the fundamentals" will be on Monday, since Trump's voter coalition is so original, and his ground game has been stealth.

If you’re talking about the DMR article, I read it, too (well, more than half, at any rate). It was obviously written by a Trump hater, who tried their very best to the poll to, somehow, be anti-Trump - including lying about Trump’s statement about Cruz’s citizenship problem.
