I really don’t have a read on it (probably because I travel so much for work that I don’t have a lot of time for “man on the street” discussions).
I’ve learned from the last two caucuses to never take anything for granted. The caucuses are on a precinct level so they are small groups of only 30 - 50 people. Making matters worse, we live in a county that leans hard liberal due to a large metro area and a number of nearby universities.
At the last caucus, there was a Lutheran pastor who brought along about 20 young kids with him that were all Ron Paul idiots. They completely overran the vote and our precinct came up with Paul winning.
In small numbers like this, turnout is everything. If I walk into the room on Monday night and see a lot of people, it should be a good night for Trump.
