Your out of your mind, if you think this sort of tactic is justifiable!
I guarantee that you CANNOT obtain voter records w/o validating a very good reason, and getting it notarized by the County Clerk. That office is where such records are typically kept - I know this for reason of being the Republican chairman of my county! You CANNOT legally obtain voter records for this purpose!
I’m sure those laws are different in every state. There’s a site that has all this data queryable online for free for PA, OH and FL, although it hasn’t been updated for a few years. Here’s Obamagirl’s voting record:
