If one of Trump’s parents is a US, he would be.a citzen.
All well and fine except it makes him inelligible for one job only and that is, let me spell it for you, POTUS.
So, you donât think him arguing (and winning) the cases at SCOTUS, and having a long standing impact on other cases around the US, in protection of the Constitutional rights, isnât substantial?

It is obvious that Ted Cruz is a fabulous attorney who defends the constitution.
Why does everyone want to take an attorney and make him, something else?
Its like putting an all star shortstop behind the plate as catcher.
Who would do that?
Whatever you want to feel, skippy.
You betcha Bubbles.
Bubbles, that was my nickname while I worked my way through colleges.

***conservative radio hosts who’ve been fighting within government and outside of it to save our country ***
Radio host are on the RADIO. They talk into a microphone and sell books for themselves and their Father, or tea, or products for advertisers. That’s it. They’re not saving anything or anyone.
“...A follow-up notice may be issued following Monday’s caucuses”.
If that’s not a threat I don’t know what is.
FYI:
“Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is defending a campaign mailer that Iowa’s secretary of state says misrepresents election law.
The mailer bills itself as a “voting violation” notice and tells the recipient it’s been sent due to “low expected voter turnout in your area.” It then grades the recipient’s voting history and that of several neighbors, citing public records.
Cruz told reporters in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday that the mailing is “routine.”
He says he won’t apologize”
Oops.
Was my comment addressed to you? No it was not.
But your neighbor has a right not to vote just like they have the right to vote. Like it or not.
What if I believe it is immoral to drink? If I were your neighbor would you like me digging through your garbage at the curb to see if you drink so I could tell the rest of our neighbors? It’s legal, but it’s pompous and creepy.
You don’t get to decide whether your neighbors vote and who they vote for. Sounds like you’d like to have that power. And you don’t get to determine if they are moral or not. They may have what they feel is a very moral reason not to vote. Either way, we don’t have the right to force our morals on others. Even God our Creator gave us free will.
“What exactly is the fuss then, if the ‘neighbors’ might not even be known by those who received the mailer?”
Well, for one thing, the grades are completely fabricated since the Iowa SecState does not maintain records of caucus attendance since the caucuses are small, informal affairs funded by and privately operated by the political parties, so Cruz is simply lying about you and your neighbors record of caucus attendance.
Little correction:
An Anchor Baby!!!
This isn’t forcing. It’s sending out information. Everyone is free to ignore it. Is someone coming to your door asking you to vote for Cruz or Trump also “forcing?” These are the standard marketing and persuasion tactics of a political campaign. Let’s not feign shock that there is gambling going on in Casablanca.
If any one unknown to me knocks on my door first of all they’ve driven down a long driveway back in the woods that has a No Trespassing sign on it.
Southern people who live in the woods do it for a reason. They don’t like pop-ins from strangers.
Well, obviously they worked so expect more of it.
Anyone who sends someone a notice which at the top declares in bold RED, stating “Voting Violation” isn’t sending out information. In the first place, not voting is not in THIS country and never has been any kind of VIOLATION anywhere. If someone knocked on my door and said you have a “Voting Violation” and urged me to vote for someone, I would certainly consider the “forcing.” There is nothing standard about this which is why so many have declared their upset with this immoral if not illegal tactic.
Anyone who sends someone a notice which at the top declares in bold RED, stating “opting Violation” isn’t sending out information. In the first place, not voting is not in THIS country and never has been any kind of VIOLATION anywhere.
Amen!!! Your entire post is spot on!!
Bottom line, when the Secretary of State of Iowa issues a written reprimand to you, you have effed up. End of story. Its voter fraud.
