Material would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security if made publicly available..
The press has let us know that Hillary had access to the secret computer network, SIPRNET. Wikipedia tells us that SIPRNET has e-mail.
This means that Hillary had easy access to a secret e-mail system and refused to use it.
Why?
The U.S. Taxpayers paid a lot of money to give her that system to use.
She compromised it.
One of her punishments should be reimbursement to the American Taxpayers for the entire cost of replacing this system.
1. She is too stupid to recognize, properly secure, and appropriately handle classified material.
Or.........
2. She is smart enough to recognize classified material, purposely chose to mishandle and not safeguard the data entrusted to her.
Two choices, either one of them disqualifies her for the position she is currently seeking, or any other position in government.
We all know the truth is number 2.

First of all, this drip, drip, drip, of the worstening nature of what she did it taking it’s toll on both her and her campaign. Secondly, I am betting that if Obola doesn’ do anything, the FBI Director will make the situation well-known to the country. With those two elements in play, she will not be elected, which will be so traumatic that I doubt she will survive it mentally. At least that’s my hope.
I got the impression that these were email between Hillary and Obama. This is really bad news, no telling what they contain.
I just watched Brian Fallon, press secretary for the witch on CNN.... He avoided all questions that Wolf asked him and got away with it. I have NEVER heard anyone talk as much as he did. I bet that interview was over 30 minutes long. I got the dishes done and the kitchen cleaned up and he was still talking non stop. Anyone who talks that fast and that non stop is deliberately obscuring the intended subject and he did a fine job of it! Some questions could have been answered with a “yes” or a “no” and he took 5 minutes to answer..or at least pretended to answer.
And I forgot to say that I am not able to locate any bio information about Fallon. No Wiki - no nothing except what he’s had to say as press secretary. Does anyone know anything about the guy? He worked for Schumer for years, I guess and for Eric Holder. That’s it - no background, where he came from, where he went to school etc..
Yeah release them so the State Department can be guilty of the same crime.

She’ll be charged , found guilty and sentenced to something meaningless just like Bill losing his law license in Arkansas.. maybe Obunghole will pardon her after she’s charged to avoid release of info..
The fact that several of them went to his Obamaness implicates him too as he would automatically know they came from a non gov server.
Nevertheless, it is sad that our government allows these SOB's to break the law and nothing happens to them. The Attorney General of the United States should be totally isolated from political influence by either party, not appointed by the party in power.
Catherine Herridge reported today that elements in the FBI and DoJ were very upset with those statements because Earnest has no line into either agency to know one way or the other. She also said Ubama didn't either when he made similar statements.
Hillary spokes people better quit digging by saying release classified emails. It confirms they have little regard for classified material. A combination of arrogance and ignorance
Catherine Herridge reported on Greta’s show about an hour ago that within the last hour (at that time) she had found out that 18 of the 22 emails that can “never be released” were part of the presidential records which “can never be released.”

Fallon’s the guy who, when working for Holder, mistakenly called Issa’s staff asking for help trying to spin some news- evidently he was trying to reach a Democrat’s office.
Assuming he is Brian Edward Fallon Jr, he is married to another White House staffer, Katherine/Katie Beirne [Fallon] , the WH Director of Legislative Affairs.
