This has been debated endlessly here, and you are beating a dead horse.

Neither legally nor practically is Cruz in any way ineligible to be president. You can think whatever you want. You can vote however you want.

Cruz is eligible and is the most conservative candidate. I intend to vote for him in the Texas caucuses.

Your argument over the supposed consequences of the law regarding natural born is irrelevant. What is relevant is truth.

There are only two possible interpretations of natural born I have seen. One is that it means citizenship not conveyed by law. The problem with that is that all citizenship is conveyed by law. Two is that natural born citizen = native = citizen at birth. That is, if someone does not have to naturalize, they are natural born. The first naturalization act in 1790 strongly supports that the founders who ratified the Constitution 18 months earlier believed this. Rules of naturalization have changed over the years. The laws that apply to Cruz make him a citizen at birth. No judicial or legal decision is going to prevent him from being president.
