none of this really matters IF the shots happened AFTER his hand went down- IF however his hand went down AFTER he had been shot- then it was an act of self defense, by Finicum- if it was BEFORE he was shot, then it was suicide by cop- doesn’t matter where the gun was positioned- just the fact that the hand dropped is enough IF he was not shot at this point-
Watching the entire video, it’s evident that Lavoy got himself killed just as he said he would if an arrest was attempted.
He’ll be a hero, that’s what he wanted.
I’m on the ranchers’ side but Lavoy blew it. I’d rather he was alive.
