All talk and no action.

Normally I would agree with you.

But this one is different because the U.S. Government Intelligence Community has a huge stake in the outcome and a lot of power. That includes people from the FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA and God only knows how many other agencies we don't even know about. These guys put their careers and very often their lives on the line when they agree to maintain the secrecy of their activities. They are not going to remain silent if Hillary is not indicted.

So Obama is either between a rock and a hard place or, more likely IMHO, right where he wants to be: In position to name whoever he wants to succeed him as President. Could be Biden. Could be Bernie. Could be John Kerry. Could be anyone that Obama wants. Or, if you are a real conspiracy nut it could be Donald Trump. (Just kidding, sort of).

Interesting times for sure.

I'm no conspiracy nut but that is a very real possibility. Trump sure did make the transition from Democrat lover to Tea-Party-hearted candidate awfully fast. I don't buy his act.

The political class at foggy bottom probably want this to all go away. The boys and girls who do the real work probably are up in arms.

In a corporation, that is very bad news. In a government agency I don’t even want to guess what that means.
