Yup, if you are a decent sized company you already have to comply with OFCCP rules that you report to the Government how many women and minorities are applying for your jobs, being interviewed, and getting hired. This is just adding another column to the report.

The article said, whether or not they have federal contracts, this is going to be for ALL employers of 100 or more according to the article. And they should JUST SAY NO
