(Washington, DC) - Judicial Watch today released 246 pages of previously undisclosed Office of Independent Counsel (OIC) internal memos revealing extensive details about the investigation of Hillary Rodham Clinton for possible criminal charges involving her activities in the Whitewater/Castle Grande fraudulent land transaction scandal. The memos are "statements of the case" against Hillary Clinton and Webster Lee "Webb" Hubbell, Hillary Clinton's former law partner and former Associate Attorney General in the Clinton Justice Department. Ultimately, the memos show that prosecutors declined to prosecute Clinton because of the difficulty of persuading a jury to convict a public figure as widely known as Clinton. I agree the FBI is gathering plenty of evidence to warrant an indictment, but it still is going to fall to the DOJ to press forward with it. As is typical with this administration, they will delay the entire issue under the guise of “further verifications/investigation needed,” and there’ll be no further discussions on it because, after all, it’s “still under investigation.” They will then offload it with a quiet, data-dump release stating there’ll be no indictment.

Hillary will not face indictment mainly because if she faces justice, so will other members of Obama’s administration. The administration will accept the short-term tumult over the no-indictment reaction as favorable to the bright light of investigative scrutiny shining on him.

The reaction will be loud, but as with the decision to let Lois Lerner slide, it’ll be quickly forgotten.

The reaction will be loud, but short, and largely forgotten in a few months. By then, most Americans won’t care anymore.

Hillary may skate but the outrage and uproar will derail her campaign for the presidency. Trump, for one, will not back off. The administration’s failure to discipline her will backfire. Even the commie is up for targeting after saying the emails don’t matter.

The only salvation the Democrats have, or so they think. is late entries like Bloomsberg, Lieawatha or Lieden. Ultimately, even with theft and multiple voting, the Democrats aren’t going to see the turnout they need.

With the possible exception of the commie, at times, The Democrats aren’t generating anywhere near the enthusiasm that Obama’s fake hope and change sales pitch generated.

That means ultimately Cruz or Trump will be the next president. I’ll support Trump if he appoints Cruz to the Supreme Court.

Trump’s “Make America Great Again” is the winner.
