Why don’t we wait and see what they’re charged with and see how much of it sticks?

It is a tad late to charge Mr. Finecum with anything other than a funeral bill, at least for the time being until we taxpayers have to pony up ten million or so to the widow and orphans as partial reimbursement for who and what happened to him. Each and every nickel should be sought from the hide of Bruno McBrutal Neanderthal and each and every officer or agent who did not try to stop him (in their sworn duty to "protect and serve").

The Red Chinese charge the families of those executed for each firing squad bullet. Think that's a good idea here?

The answer to your question is that public pressure, preferably national as well as local public pressure, best insures that coverups are verrrrrrry difficult. If I were one of the officers or agents AND I were genuinely innocent, I would have every interest in the integrity of any and all investigations, public and private. The widow should hire the best civil attorney available, a real star of the Gerry Spence sort. We ought not wait some interminable time while the administration in true Clinton/Obozo style stonewalls, manufactures evidence, comes forward to claim any complaint is political and by the time the Congressional glacier moves an inch, all of this will be called "Old news! Nothing to see here!" Like Benghazi, Fast and Furious, about 30 cases of Arkancide, etc., etc., etc., ad infinitum ad nauseam.

I want my country back and I want it back NOW!

If the reasonable suspicions on this thread that SOMEONE is guilty of this shooting and that it violated the law, our brutal civil discovery process will ferret out anything hidden. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition but when sued civilly and hit with demands for answers to interrogatories, production of documents and evidence, depositions under oath (like the one that got Slick Willie disbarred for lying in the Paula Jones case) they get to see that the Spanish Inquisition was preferable to our system of discovery. It is discovery that will force settlement and force career-ending terminations. Jeff Sessions is a former US Attorney. I would LOVE to see him open hearings before his Senate Judiciary Committee.

It has been suggested above by someone else that "private contractors" killed Finicum and were retained by the feds to do the job. His killing does look like a professional hit. We have no evidence of that. IF discovery demonstrates such a connection, it will be Bastille Day as a result. That is, of course, pure speculation.

They've already BEEN charged, as I posted to you several times upthread.

As I said, you're just ignoring posts that conflict with the fantasy in your head. LOL! :)
