In the video, between approximately 8:09 - 8:15 two flashes can be seen. Within two seconds of the second flash Finicum drives from the first stop.

Those flashes are aperture changes in the camera.

And that was the first time the vehicle stopped. It wasn’t the first checkpoint where the other vehicle surrendered.

There is no change to the image. Two flashes and nothing else.

Oh that sounds familiar. Isn't what they said about the overhead IFR footage of the two Deltas firing into the Mt Carmel compound? That it was "light reflections" and not 600 rpm from automatic weapons? You guys never change your tune, do you?
