I am a law-abiding person without so much as a parking ticket to my name.
Finicum was being reasonable in the situation in which he found himself...and I see his reasoning.
The rancher sensed he was being pushed into a "death zone" and if I was being targeted by crazed LEO...my goal would be to rapidly drive to civilization and witnesses, too.
He knew he was on a dark lonesome highway. Just where LEO wanted him.
