My observations at this time from viewing the ‘edited’ 8:03 version.
Appears edited AND spliced, maybe from different sources (if so where are they).
The black bars and crosshairs could be an overlay to make the video seem to be from the same source and give the impression of continuity.
What is the time reference for the upper left clock? I don’t think it is Pacific Std time. If so this would be about 1/2 hour after midnight.
At the first stop I see hands outside the passenger window, then withdrawn, so it is not the outside mirror.
On the driver side I see at least one arm outside, in addition to the mirror. Then the view is cut off by the tree.
At the final stop, the agent jumped in front of the PU too late for the PU to stop or turn out of the way.
Notice the ‘tracks’ along the tree line on the left side of the road, near the trees, but far from the pristene snow closer to the highway. What are they? Who made them? When? The shooter came out of the trees and over these tracks.
I could not see any bullet holes in PU.
Not conclusive he was reaching for a gun (let’s see it and the registered SN). Not conclusive that he was not.
Sad.
For me, any further stories should jive with my observations above.
