Hard to say. He was looking around as if responding to different people. It did look like he reached, but it’s been widely noted he carried on his hip. He looked like he was stumbling around a bit in the snow. He shouldn’t have rabbitted.

At 9:55 are those flash bangs or more shots at the truck? If there were two others shot (or was it one shot another injured), it had to have been as they approached the blind checkpoint or around that mark.

It's good that they released this video.

No sound to indicate whether or not there had been shooting already, as the woman said there was at the first stop.
No sound to indicate if he was reacting to being shot or trying to comply.

I did not see a man with his gun drawn as he came out of the vehicle. I did not see a man rushing at the agents.
I saw a man with his hands up during an ambush-not a traffic stop.

And this was not necessary.
