can anyone estimate his speed during the escape attempt? and how fast the snowbank stopped him. could he have been injured when he drove off the road to avoid the road block? is that determinable by autopsy?
We have no idea if the air bag(s) went off when he rammed into the snowbank. If he was injured when he hit, there may be bruising on the outside, and an autopsy should show any impact injury on the inside. It will be interesting to see how many times he was hit, and where he was hit. The guy who came out of the trees on the left of the screen wasn't that far away from him when he shot him.
