I agree with you! What are these Cruz-bots going to do if Cruz does win the nomination because nobody on our side challenges this, and then Hillary takes the presidency from him if wins. I suppose then the Cruz-bots would blame Trump for not going after Cruz about this!
Or would the Cruz-bots just rather have Cruz win the nomination, and maybe even win the election, and then have Hillary challenge it in court and have Cruz removed, or have this thrown into the house where the RINOs will elect Bush.
This is good, Trump is doing and saying the right things again, when no one else is! This needs to be resolved now!
If this is really an important thing then Trump has been 'saying' sort of, but doing nothing! The courts don't want every supporter of different candidates swamping them with suits so very few are allowed there. Cruz can't sue himself, but, with Trump #1 and Cruz #2 in the polls, Trump has the best legal standing of anyone to challenge Cruz in court. Trump could do so out of pocket change. Why hasn't he?!
