I’m trying to be fair. There’s a “Live Stream” Trump thread with 170 posts and a “Live Thread” one with 1523 currently. Surprisingly close to what’s here. But then although those with TDS may doubt how many Trump voters will actually show up, I doubt they doubt the energy level of those who will. They have, at best, been annoyed by them way to much to not accept that. It would be interesting if FR had some easy way to count the number of unique posters participating in a thread. It might be interesting, in either direction.

Run a simple web server app on your computer.

Make a post on the thread you want to watch that has a small graphic that is served from your computer.

Look at the server log and count the number of unique IP addresses that pulled down the graphic.

Easy peeasy :-)

Doing the same over on DU could tell you much about the people that post at that cesspool.
