Yes it did. I wonder since the number of posts there are for both being so close if the number of posters was similar and if Freepers are divided pretty evenly. I think it’s normal for a presidential election year. Have a blessed 29th!
I concur. I too saw a comment up thread disparaging the length of this debate thread. It was certainly respectable and notably respectful. I felt like I was back on FR again! It would have been MUCH longer had Donald not provided an alternative destination. There would have been a ton of posts claiming an alternative reality to what we saw. Now, I haven’t had time to check out the Trump threads yet. I came here right from Iowa’s narrow loss to MD (I think we can take them on a neutral court and hope the Big10 tourney seeding lets us meet again in the finals. It was a great game between two excellent teams. Both teams had strong conference player of the year candidates and both were shut down by the others defense. Now to check out the Trump thread(s) and see if they, also, read like FR when their opposition isn’t there.
