I think it was good - and there’s no bigger Cruz supporter than me.
But honestly, I would have preferred an answer like: “I oppose the government meddling in this, and I’m not going to say something different just because I’m in Iowa.”
He kind of said that - but he should have been more direct. Would’ve drawn a bigger distinction between him and Trust Fund Donnie.
