Cruz has my kind of sense of humor ... a little subtle ...a little sarcastic.

I’ve never known Trump to say anything remotely funny.

Yea, Trump’s humor is boorish, oftentimes rude and sometimes just downright vulgar.

Reminds me a bit of Lyndon Johnson.

Rand Paul and Rubio both know Cruz was using a maneuver against illegal immigration. And so does Megyn Kelly; she's not an idiot.
