I guarantee by year 4 not a single brick or piece of steel has been laid down. How do you propose Trump builds that wall with no Congressional support? No congressional funding and locked in courts for years? Presedential fiat? However when it comes to a long long history of consistent conservative principals, standing for conservative principals, speaking conservative principals, voting a bucking against liberal positions, shutting down government for it, well then you have a conservative.
