Amon Bundy also called his wife from the back seat of a cop car. He witnessed Lavoy being shot with his hands up. This is how the word got out of what happened. Victoria Sharp is the second witness to come forward and corroborate what happened. She also was the closest person to Lavoy Finicum when he was killed that has spoken.
Most people on Free Republic are looking for the whole story, and have concerns about the tyrannical government just as these Patriots did. The only ones doing the shooting were government agents. They clearly outnumbered the Patriots and extreme use of force was NOT warranted.

Well that video would clear it up.
I still find it hard to believe anyone would have their head up looking around when a hail of bullets are incoming.
Does anyone know if LaVoy was armed? He seemed to always be armed. He was when he vandalized the utility security cameras. Add to that his public statement that he would rather die than be arrested - then fleeing from an officer - it was not a good combination of choices.
