Don’t get why she wants a Democrat elected who will for sure appoint liberal judges. At least we have a shot with a Republican president.

And by the way, most everybody got snookered by Roberts. I’m pretty sure that Obama had something very serious on him.
Ted Cruz had two choices for Supreme Court, neither of them Roberts. Mike Luttig was his first choice. He only supported Roberts because he became the nominee.
Luttig would have been MUCH better!
Until Roberts betrayed that trust. He has been critical of him since.
Did Roberts ever vote liberal on an abortion case? I don’t think so.
Obamacare is much less cut-and-dry issue. It would be hard to predict how a judge would interpret that bill. It would not be hard to find a judge who knows abortion wasn’t a Constitutional right.
