Last night news broke that #OregonStandoff Spokesperson Robert "LaVoy" Finicum was shot and killed during a federal traffic stop near Burns, Oregon. In the hours following the shooting reports started coming out suggesting it may very well be possible Finicum had his hands up and did not present a weapon, nor did he attempt to cause harm to agents.
The reports asserting this included claims there was a witness or witnesses in the vehicle who watched the entire event unfold. But until now we hadnât heard from those witnesses publicly.
Now one of the witnesses has completed a gut-wrenching interview in which she says FBI agents fired an estimated 120 rounds at Finicum and his vehicle, six of which entered his body.
Here's more from the video page.
This is breaking, first-hand, eyewitness audio testimony of how LaVoy Finicum was killed by federal agents on January 26, 2016. The young lady's voice that you're going to hear was in the car with LaVoy, Ryan Payne, Ryan Bundy, and Shawna Cox.
The federal agents fired the first and only shots, according to this testimony. Finicum had his hands in the air when he was shot.
You're going to likely see video testimony from this young lady in the near future. Please pray for this whole situation. This is a tragic thing that didn't have to happen had cooler heads prevailed.

I did not know Ammon Bundy and I have been unsure what I thought of the situation in Oregon. Then I read the following post on Facebook from a TRUE Patriot I know and respect. Shane Krauser is an attorney and Constitutional Law Professor. He did know Ammon Bundy and I share his comments on this very sad situation.

“I can’t sleep tonight, as my heart is heavy. Our friend, Ammon Bundy, has been taken into custody, and this has absolutely rocked me to the core. One moment I find myself angry at the actions of Ammon, and the next I find myself crying and wishing there were more courageous people like him.
Regardless of what you think about the actions of Ammon, I hope you will understand that this is one of the most sincere, genuine, determined, spiritual, and patriotic men I have ever met. If I had half of the love he has for freedom, I would be a fine patriot.
Ammon Bundy, his wife, and children have been in our home to eat, socialize, laugh, cry, and share their dreams. In turn, I have been in their home to do the same.
In 2014, I was in Bunkerville, Nevada and sat at the dining room table in his parent’s home for no less than 12 hours with just Ammon, Cliven (father), and Carol (mother). I watched this family in a very intimate environment that very few people ever had the privilege of experiencing. I watched these people cry, plead, and even pray to know what they should do. Very seldom have I ever seen people so focused on simply doing the right thing.
In 2014 and 2015, I shared the stage with Ammon at several events throughout Arizona. Everywhere he went, he energized the people. Even those people who disagreed with Ammon found a friend in him. He never raised his voice. He was never confrontational, but his foundation was absolutely immoveable. He was as calm as the Summer’s wind, like a man who knew who he was and whose he was.
One of the highlights for me was when we met for lunch in 2015 at Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe, Arizona, an odd place for two guys who just want to change the world to meet. As we sat in the food court, I’ll never forget Ammon breaking down in tears and weeping like I’ve never seen a man weep. He said, “Shane, who will defend freedom? If we don’t do it, what will we tell our children? I can’t bear the thought of looking at my children and grandchildren and telling them that I did nothing. Who will stand, Shane?”
Needless to say, I wept with him. It was one of those moments that changed me.
Tonight I am praying for Ammon, his wife, his children, and all of those who love and care for him. As hard as it is, I pray for his enemies and the enemies of freedom as well. Many people who oppose him haven’t a clue of what is really at stake. Freedom isn’t a game. But because so few seem to understand it, Ammon is castigated as an extremist. Meanwhile, the mainstream suggest that their way is the American way. Those people are sadly mistaken.
I pray that we will awaken as to what is going on in this country and recognize that we don’t have to imagine what tyranny is like any longer. It is here. All is not well in America.
Ammon, stay strong and know that the battle is not yours. I believe truth will prevail. I love you, brother!”
I would add that there are multiple reports from witnesses that Lavoy Finnicum had his hands raised and had told the officers he had no weapon. This did not need to happen. Lavoy was clearly outnumbered and not threatening the officers. Since when is it OK to fill a man with bullets because he believes in the Constitution and is willing to stand up for the principles that make this country great?
Look them up. NERC FERC
Vandalism was just one of the many thing they made poor choices about.
I was there with you at Klamath Jeff
you got video of that
and does that qualify to be killed by state/federal law enforcement
Oregon Protesters find HIDDEN “Goverment” Surveillance Cameras

Destroying utility security cameras was just one bad choice of many that should have been better choices. What happened today was the end result of many bad choices.
They NEVER wanted the media around. That was why Bundy refused to stay at the last meeting.
so this is worth killing someone over - you haven’t answered that one.
btw, those ‘cameras’ didn’t look destroyed to me.
Me too.
Yes.
She had better find a safe place to stay first or a good lawyer, or even a bad lawyer for that matter, won’t do her any good.
If she does not stay out of sight, the next thing you hear about her charging 150agents with her hands waving in the air. And the brave agents will shoot her so full of holes that she will look like a piece of Swiss cheese. Randy Weaver’s wife and the children at Mt. Carmel proved with doubt that when it comes to killing, the FBI are Equal Opportunity killers.
I agree, and said as much at the time that the objective of raising awareness had been met. Th that point, leave.
Establish a rally point, a clearing house for information about abuses and specific cases, and use websites and twitter/facebook to grow the movement.
This was far too far, far too soon.
Emotions prevailed over strategy.
LOL!
Who exactly killed that man?
In the interest of justice the killers should be named, just as Lon Horiuchi was named.
You are a trolly broken record.
Hey, were those cameras madated by ferc/nerc?
Yes.
