Rumor is he was planning to join Bob Dole and Phyllis Schlafly in forming a "Nonagenarians for Trump" PAC before his untimely demise.

We’ll all miss his bubbly effervescent personality.
I guess Michael Corleone finally got his payback.

Fish is sitting at his desk with his usual face on.
A woman approaches and barks at him, “SMILE”.
Fish growls back, “I AM smiling.”
RIP Fish

At 94 and in his sleep. Good way to go.
Interesting how he looked so much older than his age. He was only 51 when he did The Godfather and 53 when he did Barney Miller!
I think it was People magazine that accidentally referred to him as ‘late’. So he had a picture of him sitting up in a coffin holding the cover on Variety :-)

Too bad they didn’t have cell phones on Barney Miller back in those days, he could sit on the toilet and listen to “Bernice’s” complaints at the same time.
