By going after them, they have demonstrated that the videos are factual. Otherwise, there is no case whatsoever.

Once something is on the web, it's terribly hard to scrub, and those videos are out there. It is now a matter of record that PP is selling not just people parts, but baby parts to order. In order to prosecute, the videos have to be admitted into evidence.
