Yes. We need the *highly* educated to define what the meaning of ‘is’ is. Also, the phrase ‘shall not be infringed’ doesn’t REALLY mean ‘shall not be infringed’.
Liberal is mandatory and shall means ‘maybe’.
Course, I still have no idea what a ‘conservative’ is: Lincoln (R)? Teddy R. (R)? Nixonian (R)?...Maybe they mean ‘conserving’ 1970’s American values? 1960? 1950? 1913?
