I’ve known 5 widows who hate change, can’t take it, and just want to stay home or do what is familiar (probably be close to loved ones). Money doesn’t matter, or should I say, priceless.

She's in good company. Given that Trump said he was willing to offer $5m for a property that's now only worth $500K, he's obviously not more brilliant than she is, vis-a-vis this property.
