Didn’t she disappear from public view for a number of months a few years ago? If there’s anything seriously wrong with her health, I’d suspect she has some form of cancer that has spread at least to her brain and lungs, and perhaps even elsewhere. She looks a complete mess, and that photo-op she did a few months ago, where she was hanging on to a stroller for dear life, looking like death warmed over, makes me think she’s in a bad way.
