Trump is not helping Hillary. Trump has been very vocal about the fact that anyone else would have already been prosecuted. Trump is in this to win.
Political Insider said Trump was polling 2 to 1 against Hillary.
Two possibilities:
- Hillary doesn't get indicted and doesn't drop out. Sanders wins the popular vote in the democrat primaries, but Hillary wins with superdelegates. Mass democrat defection to Trump. Trump wins in a landslide.
- Hillary gets indicted and/or drops out, Biden steps in and wins the nomination. Trump beats him but not as bad as he would have beaten Hillary.
