These SAP documents are SO secure that their drives are pulled from their computers every day and kept in a secure safe under guard overnight.
The following morning they are pulled from the safes, probably with more than one person watching and inserted in the drives bays. I'm sure there is oodles of paperwork that goes with them.
But the actual access to this data Must be the minimal humanly possible. Preferably 1 or 2 max And not just any Tom, Dick or Harriett either, Heads of Departments and Secretaries at least. There has got to be a VERY long paper trail at the controlling agency for every document checked out.
In this case I don't think the problem is too LITTLE data to prove guilt. I think its too MUCH data and the FBI can pick and choose which charges to hit them with. Yeah, I said them.
