I’m angry at the establishment too but, not blinded to the point I’d vote for someone like Trump.

I understand all you say. The fact is that in 2016 you’ll either vote for a moderate GOP Trump, or a socialist Clinton or Sanders. (And not voting is a vote for the latter.) The “conservative” of whom you speak won’t be an option.

You want a conservative and I want someone who can beat Hillary or Sanders. NOTHING else matters if we do not win this election. Cruz can’t win. No one likes him except the far right. THAT is not enough to win the general election.
This country has been pulled so far to the left that we can't make it all the way back to the far right in one election cycle. Donald Trump can at least bring us back to center-right, enough for a true conservative to take over and finish the job in four or eight years.
There hasn’t been a CONSERVATIVE president since Reagan and the only even vaguely close to him is Trump !
So who gets your vote? Hillary or Bernie.
How about emulating William Buckley and voting for the most Conservative person who can actually win?
NONE of them are perfect for close to it, but both Trump and Cruz agree on the 2 most important issues: massively strengthen our military and get the economy moving with tax and regulatory cuts.
