Word is spreading - Donald Trump supporters are outraged over his treatment by a cabal of self- appointed representatives of conservatism like Glenn Beck and Erick Erickson, among others, who utilized the National Review magazine to declare their opposition to the current GOP frontrunner in what is an unprecedented show of force by media and political establishment figures to attempt to convince voters they are incapable of making their own decision regarding who to cast their vote for.
It might very well prove to the final ingredient in a Trump tsunami once Republican primary voting is underway.

LOL.
Good grief, don't you know ANYTHING at all ?
It is up to We The People to clean out Congress as well. DC will have to be fumigated.
It’s obvious you aren’t in private business. i have no interest in getting into a flame war with you. And if trump manages to keep the gop-e from sliding a knife into his back while they pretend to embrace him, i do hope you’ll vote for him next november if he wins. I know i’ll be voting for cruz if he’s the winner.
>>Try to look at it this way:<<
Okay, I tried. Now tell me why I should prefer someone like that over a true conservative, especially when I’m convinced that Trump is as big a narcissist as Obama.
Look, if ever there was an election where a true conservative can be elected this is the year. The Dems are in complete disarray. Why take a chance on someone with Donald Trump’s record of supporting liberal causes? The fact that he has yet to debate an opponent straight up on policy, but chooses instead to personally denigrate every single opponent should mean something.
We’re seeing the effect of such campaigning. His supporters almost unanimously take their cue from him and adopt the same insulting tactics. We’ll soon see if the country has really gone that far into the sewer. I doubt it, but I’m no longer as confident of that as I was a few months ago.
LOL!
I’m ready to march. Fumigate the place!
True winners know this.
And Cruz doesn't?
Well said.
Second of all, he's more of a narcissist than Trump and also extremely bad at thinking on his feet. What happened at Waterloo, with Beck. Look at how he acted, when Trump caught him off guard with the 9/11 stuff that Ted should have known was coming. And worst of all, I'm not convinced that the flip flop man is all THAT "conservative".
I know that it is pointless for me to tell you , but IF Cruz is the nominee, there is NO WAY IN HELL that he beats the Dem, whomever that might be. He doesn't now have, nor will he get the votes of many who now support Trump....i.e. the blacks, Hispanics, blue collar workers, disaffected Dems, women, etc. !
Not in the same way; no.
For what it’s worth, they certainly drew people to their site with that hit piece.
I had to go over there this morning to follow up on another thread I was commenting on and that piece had over 2800 comments.
I’ll bet it’s been awhile since they had an article that drew that much interest. Unfortunately for them, most of the comments I saw were telling them how much they suck.
Get Conservatives in Congress, but not one in the White House? What's the point?
That's because he plays it like he's 10 behind.
It's been so long since most of us, you included, have seen a winner it all seems foreign.
Please explain. How is Cruz caring for America different from Trump caring for America?
Thank you. And i hope you're wrong. And please don't think all of us are "piling on." I'm not convinced Trump is conservative enough for my tastes, but I AM convinced that Cruz cannot get elected in the general.
One more thing.... Trump's narcissism will drive him to not be a failure in his goal of "making America great again." It's his weakness and his strong point, all in one. He hates failure. He hates self-failure even more.
He also has an insatiable need to prove himself. Lucky for us, we're the ones to whom he's making the promises. He hates politicians of all kinds; in fact, he despises them for all those years he had to pay them money to make his business grow.
Loves us; hates politicians. Rest easy with that thought. ;-)
He will deal with Congress the same way Reagan dealt with Congress, and especially his strong political opponent Speaker of The House Tip O’Neill.
It must have infuriated O’Neill when Reagan steamrolled him by using public support for his policies, just as it will infuriate the Speaker of the House during Trumps tenure.
And it's a safe bet that he won't have yours.
