No, actually it's like this: Imagine it being sung by Monty Python's Eric Idle, with stand-up bass, acoustic guitar, and oboe accompaniment...and cartoon illustrations:

The sun shines on the ocean,
And it turns the water green
The big fish eat the little fish
It's a bloody orrible scene.
And, it all falls to the bottom
Tons of pressure smash it all down....(pause)
And it turns into petroleum
Which makes the world go 'round
