It’s only Trump’s problem if he starts losing to Cruz. Otherwise, you’re right.
Trump is one of the few, besides the Democrats, who has legal standing to file this type of suit. This lawsuit by this Joyce guy will be denied because he has no standing; he’s just a Carson supporter. (Too bad it’s not Carson himself).
IF Cruz starts winning, and IF this lawsuit is denied, and IF the Dems don’t file suit (they won’t), then only Trump has standing to file. Thus, Trump must file the lawsuit if Cruz wins a few states. Trump can’t let the RINOs pull this crap.
I don’t think Cruz will start winning, but if he does the Dems will hit him with this. I hope Trump just lets it ride.
