I don’t think any of this will happen. FWIW I think Hillary will be indicted. Obama tosses her under bus for Biden. Biden will be nominee and Bloomberg stays home
It is to late to get on the ballot in many states!! Bloomberg jumping in would be impossible!!! This entire situation if Hildabeast is indicted will have to be handled at the convention!!!
