1795 addressed means of naturalization

It did not address the term natural born as found in Constitution. And 1790 act

It simply didn’t

Feel free cut and paste both in their entirety

It’s never been challenged

Never had to be

And Cruz and his supporters have to my lament indulged in ad hominum and obfusacation rather than address specifics

Should Cruz win it will require a ruling

I hope it’s not the 9th
