Great tagline!
I just moved to the south and am proud every time I see the battle flag.
We live in NC . . the foothills . . on a busy highway; however, the great Jonas Blizzard blew through here and stopped everyone in their tracks.
Looking out my kitchen window early this morning, through the snowflakes and foggy, wintry landscape, everything seemed ghostly silent.
NO traffic whatsoever.
Then, in the distance and still out of sight, I heard the heavy sound of a truck engine.
It flitted through my mind: ‘Who could be out so early before any highway trucks have cleared the roads?’
And just as I thought it, the truck rounded the corner and was suddenly in my full view.
Through the haze that hung between my window and the highway, the truck made a stark presence of color, seemingly proudly marching through ole Jonas’ fury as if it were a Spring day.
And there ‘they’ were . . HUGE in size and prolific in their colors . . proudly flying through the swirling wind and snow: The American Flag and the Confederate Flag!
I have to admit, I felt a renewed sense of pride and hope for Old Glory, and yes, even for the Rebel flag that is under attack in America today.
The South is for change in America . . the South is for Donald Trump . . and together we have a chance to make America RISE again!
