The group you worked with is also correct. This are the facts of life.
Marginalized whites are pulling back (and pulling their dollars with them); they know the racial issues will never be addressed because honest discussion is forbidden. At this point every fatality among “preferred minorities” betters the chances of my young sons finding work down the road; we’ll just let them reap the violence amongst themselves that they’ve sown.
The most bizarre spectacle is watching places that chased their white populations away fifty years ago now begging them to come back; never going to happen. The mutants that inherited the cities built by European-Americans have no interest in, or money for, maintaining them, and are just looking for gullible sugar daddies to do so.
This principle is why God built a Hell. Good people cannot live in peace with wilfully evil people. Dog packs will always savage the lambs.

Let's hope too that enough whites are finally realizing the long term implications and the scam that it all is. "Race relations" have generally only been considered good as long as whites placate and are non racial. None of this changes without our own representation. Every other group has race political clout. And they certainly use it. Add that to massive non white immigration.
Of course; unfortunately I no longer believe any other explanations anymore. Decades ago when I started working any blacks or women I encountered in the workforce were competent and capable; since tokenism was introduced I rarely find them so - and I know why. The same processes applied to higher education have now been applied to the workforce: A preferred minority qualified to work as a shift supervisor instead made a departmental manager, one qualified to work as a departmental manager is made CEO, etc. - with all falling short in terms of performance.
I think young whites are much more in tune with what happens than we give them credit for; they are suffering the economic penalty of whiteness, and they are technologically advanced enough to see all of the internet news stories (concerning the low-profile race war) that the mainstream media buries.

There's a big story unfolding in New York City that hasn't got a lot of media attention. It involves entrenched mutants trying to limit the number of recent Asian immigrants in the city's top specialized public schools that enroll students through a selective admissions process.

Absolutely. In the end, they all lose; they make money, but work is misery because they aren’t qualified. They are very unpleasant to work with because they know the deal and have massive inferiority complexes. Hyper-sensitive, and always using legal threats to ward off valid criticism and honest appraisal.
Aren’t the “preferred minorities” complaining about whole public housing projects in NYC filling with Asians as well? That WAS in the news (siding with the blacks, of course).
