I guess it depends on what you want to believe, or whom you want to believe.

I can go up to post 171 on this thread and see where SUPPOSEDLY he voted for Democrats several times.

I can go with this, from PolitiFact (I know, I know, but still, this HAS been up until now not disputed by ANYONE that I’m aware of)

http://www.politifact.com/florida/statements/2015/aug/24/jeb-bush/bush-says-trump-was-democrat-longer-republican-las/

Plus, that also was from the New York City Board of Elections as the source. So which source got it wrong? We have one report citing the NYC Board of Elections to say he’s changed parties all these times. We have one report showing his supposed voting record saying he has always been and voted as a Republican. In the meantime, we have Trump himself with paperwork in his hand talking with Tim Russert saying he was breaking affiliation with the “crazy right” Republican party to join the Reform Party.

I’d like to see this from a source other than prntly, to be honest. If they have a reputation for lying about things, they could be lying about this.

Not that it’s a big deal to me. But what’s most telling is that Donald, TO MY KNOWLEDGE has never disputed VERY public reports and MULTIPLE articles written about all the times he’s switched parties.

I mean, the guy is threatening to sue the Washington Post if they run a story about one of his bankruptcies. Maybe they’re trying to smear him or lie about him. From the sounds of it he’s upset that they’re trying to make it sound like he personally filed for bankruptcy, at least in his mind.

Regardless, based on how he deals with such things, I’m pretty sure if the stories of his party switches up until now were indeed false, he’d be threatening to sue or yell about it in some other way if he thought it made him look bad.

Well, everybody here has pretty much settled on Cruz, Trump, or both. I tend to be in the “both” camp. I think they have the makings of a good general election team.
