LOL.....Should have said ONLY one primary in 15 years. Only voting in one primary in 15 years sounds like someone ought to give Mr. Trump a lesson civic responsibility.
In New York GOP Primaries are few and far between. In his Congressional District Carolyn Maloney hardly ever gets a GOP Opponent, much less one that needs to run a primary to get on the ballot.
The same holds true for local Assembly and Senate races. Rarely are there GOP candidates, much less GOP Primaries. Looking at larger elections, in 2005 & 2009 Bloomberg did not have a GOP opponent for Mayor.

In 2013, while registered as a Rep, DJT did in fact vote in the first contested Republican Mayoral Primary since 2001 (It was Catsimatides against Lhota).
For Presidential Primaries, New York had a contested GOP Primary in 2000, but DJT was a Democrat
In 2004, the Presidential Primary was not contested as Bush had the table cleared for him.
In 2008 he was a registered DEM for their New York Presidential Primary and he did not vote, which surprises me that he did not vote in Obama vs Clinton. That would have been an interesting question to ask.
In the 2012 Presidential Primary DJT did not vote, likely because by the time the election in New York rolled around (4/24/2012) Romney had already secured the ballot position.
Finally in 2010 as a registered Rep, Trump voted in the September Primary election. On the ballot were Rick Lazio and Carl Paladino for a shot at facing Cuomo.
Trump voted in this election. Trump was one of only 8,840 people to go to the polls and vote.

To me that reflects the ultimate in civic responsibility. The man got out and went to the polls when he had a contested election that he was eligible to vote in.
I am not saying his voting record is perfect and certainly flipping back and forth between I, R, D and Blank is a bit disconcerting but his voting history reflects a person who takes time and votes.
