A new ad titled "A Message From Barbara Bush" was released Friday by Jeb Bush's campaign
Although Jeb's mother told NBC's Matt Lauer in 2013 that "There are other people out there that are very qualified and we've had enough Bushes," she quickly changed her tone last February when her son prepared to run.
The new ad is also in coordination with a handwritten letter asking voters to support her son.
In the letter she wrote, "People ask me if I wanted Jeb to run. The answer was no as the sacrifice for his family was huge. I changed my mind as it became clear he is needed. I admit to being prejudice as I am his mother."

I heard Mommie’s ad. She sounded like Marjorie Main after a stroke...
Haha, Ma Kettle!
In my dreams, I have posed this question to Mrs. Bush...
“As the wife and mother of serving Presidents where you Never gave your position on Abortion and Gay ‘Marriage’ until after they left office, now that we know how you feel, if any of your grand daughters who are presently giving you many great grand children told you they wanted to abort any of them, would you be okay with that?
Or is abortion only okay for poor, uneducated, non country club peons?.....”
I would agree with you if she hadn’t played us Conservatives by coming out as a pro-abortion, pro-gay after they left the Presidency...
I have NO respect for her and Laura because of that....none.
I believe you meant “Prescott”.
Yep. :>)
Thanks.
Doesn’t that sound like Gilligan’s Island? Preston Bush the Third.
I most humbly apologize. . .I toast the ice cold beer to you for your most excellent yet sardonic humor.

I really did make a mistake with the name.
However, “Preston” does sort of fit.
But, I will take the beer. No sense letting it go to waste.

I was in Portland barely once on a trip to Vietnam. Stopped there for a refuel at the airport. It wasn’t a military trip; it was a missionary trip.
I’ve never visited America north of Sacramento, CA in any real sense. I’d love to some day, though. Although my days are probably running out.
