So what the governments were doing on behalf of Trump may have failed at the time, but were deemed legal by SCOTUS.

In a decision that Justice Scalia has lumped in with Roe v. Wade and Dred Scott as three of the worst decisions ever made by the Supreme Court.

But I guess that makes what Trump did OK.
